Instructions to applicants for self-upload of supporting evidence:

You have completed a document checklist as part of your online application.

You now need to upload these documents, by selecting a relevant type from the list below.

It is your responsibility to upload your supporting documents under the correct category.

Your documents should be uploaded before you attend your appointment at our Visa Application Centre.

All documents must be clear and legible.

Proof of Residency

This may include but is not limited to:

Residence permit

Employment Evidence

This may include but is not limited to:

Employment letter, contract or certiﬁcate

Financial Evidence

This may include but is not limited to:

Pay slips

Savings book

Bank account statement

Bank reference letter

Fixed Deposit Letter

Other documents demonstrating ﬁnancial circumstances

Sponsor Evidence

Sponsor passport or identity documents

Evidence of sponsor accommodation

Evidence of Studies

Educational certiﬁcates

A letter from your education provider, on headed paper, conﬁrming your enrolment and leave of absence

Family Evidence

This may include but is not limited to:

Birth certiﬁcate

Marriage certiﬁcate

Parental consent letter

Custody documents

Household register

Accommodation ‒ Permanent / Temporary

Lease agreement

House deed

Mortgage statement
